Hosting & website usage

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you access it, technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time of access, page requested) is processed to deliver the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources.

Cookies & marketing

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) German TDDDG) do we use marketing cookies to show Blosto to visitors of our website again on other platforms and to measure the effectiveness of our ads. Services used: Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), and LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). Data may be transferred to the USA; the providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Without consent, no marketing cookies are set. Your choice is stored in a cookie for 180 days; you can change it or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Analytics

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc.; data processed on EU servers in Frankfurt) to understand and improve how our website is used. Without consent, measurement runs without cookies and without cross-session recognition (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Only with your consent via the cookie banner are cookies set for cross-session analysis (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Booking a call

If you book a call through the website, the booking form is provided by Cal.com, Inc. The data you enter there (name, email address, chosen time) is processed to prepare and conduct the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to respond to your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
