About Blosto
Blosto is an AI recruiting platform for finding and contacting people for open roles.
How it works
- 1.
Describe who you are looking for.
- 2.
Blosto searches a pool of more than 850 million profiles. It checks potential matches against your criteria and puts the best first.
- 3.
Choose the people you want to contact.
- 4.
Add them to a custom outreach sequence. Once you start it, Blosto sends the planned messages and follow-ups.
Blosto is made for in-house recruiting teams, founders, and recruiting agencies. It is built by march second GmbH in Kaufbeuren, Germany.
